IPower And Endurance International Group Merge

PHOENIX, AZ AND BURLINGTON, MA -- Internet web hosting companies IPower and Endurance International Group have signed an agreement to merge their two companies.

Both companies provide a range of web hosting and domain name hosting services to small and medium sized businesses.  They claim to host over 600,000 web sites and more than 1 million domain names.

The combined entity will be the third largest hosting company in the U.S.  Both companies will operate as separate entities, but will collaborate on various web site services and support technologies.
